This card takes the slot 77, which is between Vanquish Soul, and Horus Trap. This means the Monster Card Slot 17 does not correspond to this slot, which means it will likely have 2 Extra Deck cards for it.

Here’s the translation.

Something that needs to be mentioned, but the OCG text structure for cards have changed since Magician of Sanctifaith/Saincred Magician’s release on February 21st, 2023.

It is much more simplified now, and each effect is now listed line by line. This is true for Pendulum Effects as well.

The cards between this, and Duelist Nexus still use the old naming convention for Links, though. So that change only happened after Series 12 started. But this text change technically begun before Series 12 officially started.

This is unlikely to transfer to TCG, since English text, by nature, is longer, and modern English card text can sometimes obscure (often deliberately), if not outright alter how some effects work as a pre-emptive nerf (which inevitably causes issues down the line, and makes other localizations much more difficult). If that wasn’t the case, this would be a no brainer for TCG too, but alas.

Edit: I guess the next logical step would be to give Latin shortenings for remaining Katakana terms much like how they did for Extra Deck Summons. I don’t know what other text change can happen, they can’t really go for Rush Duel-style Requirement/Effect writing, since most modern OCG cards have complex requirements, and effects.

Today’s reveal is Angering, an Equip Spell, seemingly for Angelica, though I have no idea what this card does. Something related to Monster Zones apparently, but eh.

With this, there are only two Spell slots in Age of Overlord remaining between this card, and the Z-ARC Traps.

Also, this is a Saturday reveal, which we didn’t get a lot of in Duelist Nexus. This suggests more generic cards are coming in this set.

There is the Monster Zone in the text, which is not in YGOrganization’s translation, because that is not part of the modern TCG text format. But yes, this card protects your monster even after it is destroyed by its own effect.

(The Kanji name can be read as Tenshi no Yubiwa, or Tenko no Yubiwa. Though it sounds like Angel’s Ring, YGOrganization’s Kanji translation is correct, it actually means Heavenly Child’s Ring, not Heavenly Messenger (Angel)’s Ring. I don’t know about the Roland/Orlando Cycle to know what this refers to, but Angelica literally means angelic+ feminine a suffix.)

Here’s the English summaries.

Overwhelming majority of the Czechs support it (around %67-72), so the Czech right is actually outside of where the country lies.

That said, since Senate has conservative majority, and conservative parties are leading the polls with significant margin, it is likely that end result will be just expanded rights for civil unions. We have no idea what those will be, since we will likely have Fusions up to slot 36 at least.

Gaia Flame was the Synchro slot in Duelist Nexus, so this doesn’t help us at all. Though I guess this makes it more likely that we are going to see more Abyss lore cards.

One thing to note, though, since this card is actually Level 11 apparently, we will likely start seeing other Level 10 monsters getting Level 11 counterparts, so they won’t benefit from the new Level 10 draw card, but also so we can have fodder for the Level 11 draw card.

This also means we likely won’t jump to the Level 12 draw card soon, so more themes will likely keep getting Level 12 monsters.

Today’s reveal is the Fusion of the new Gaia Pyro Synchro from Duelist Nexus.

This explains Gaia Drake, the Universal Force’s presence in the Tournament Pack 2023 Vol.3.

This card is the first Pyro monster to have 3500 ATK, and more than 3000 DEF (and the first Pyro monster to have 3100 DEF).

Yes, this card has 3100 DEF, whereas the original Gaia Drake had 2800 DEF.
